Test Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our HHS client.
Duties and responsibilities include:
The Test Engineer is primarily responsible for planning, creating, and executing manual and automated software test activities.
Responsibilities shall include:
Designing and assisting in building test automation architecture Working with business owner(s) to develop and implement related test plans/cases Managing defects and proactively identifying risks to management Perform tasks using various forms of testing to support Agile Scrum, Traditional, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Waterfall.
Required
Qualifications:
Five or more years of relevant automation testing experience using Agile, Agile-Hybrid, DevSecOps, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
Skillset should include at least one functional testing tool (such as United Functional Test, Selenium), one API testing tool (such as SoapUI), one performance testing tool (such as LoadRunner / Performance Center).
Tester shall have knowledge in Maestro (Jira, Confluence) and Test Management software including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and software related to the MicroFocus Test Tool suite or tools specified in the call order.
Tester may be required to have one or more of the following skill sets including include MicroFocus testing suites (ALM.
net, ALM-Octane, LoadRunner Enterprise and UFT One 15.
1+), UI, Java - TestNG/Junit, Cobertura/Jacoco - Unit Coverage, RestEASY (Java) - API, Katalon - API and UI, Selenium - UI, JMeter - Performance, Axe Monitor, Comply & WorldSpace - 508 automation, Jenkins - CI/CD Promotion, Reports and Scans, and Xray - Jira Test Plan/Report management tool.
Scripting/coding experience and not just Recording test scripts.
Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Experience creating testing reports to show defect count and execution metrics preferred.
Preference to candidates certified in an automation software or through an industry-standard automation testing association.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
This position is contingent upon contract award to Gunnison Consulting Group.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
